Shipping Policy

We utilize Australia Post and we do not pad shipping costs. The $2.50 handling fee on every order is to cover the cost of packaging material and labor. Shipping costs are calculated by Australia Post and are based on the weight of the shipment and the destination.

It does not matter whether you place your order online or over the telephone, orders are numbered sequentially and the shipping department takes them in sequential order.
